As a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Professional, you will design and implement robust M&E frameworks to assess the performance and impact of development projects. You will be responsible for the entire M&E cycle, from planning and data collection to analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive M&E plans, logical frameworks, and performance indicator tracking systems.
- Design and manage quantitative and qualitative data collection tools (e.g., surveys, KIIs, FGDs).
- Conduct data analysis to measure project progress against targets and goals.
- Prepare clear and insightful M&E reports for project stakeholders and donors.
- Provide training and capacity building to partners on M&E principles and practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in International Development, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in M&E for non-profit or development organizations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in M&E methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, Stata) and qualitative analysis software (e.g., NVivo).
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with major international donors (e.g., USAID, World Bank).
- Substantial field experience in developing country contexts.
